How the Coffee Crawl Works

  1. START ANYWHERE
    Begin your Coffee Crawl adventure at any one of the 16 participating locations, Friday, February 27 – Saturday, February 28.
  2. PICK UP YOUR PASSPORT
    Pick up our Coffee Crawl Passport at your first stop. Inside you’ll find a map, legend, instructions, and logos of all participating locations.
  3. SUPPORTING CASA
    Each participating coffee shop supports Heartland CASA in its own unique way, such as a specialty drink, select menu items, or a portion of proceeds. Just tell your barista, “I want to order in a way that helps CASA!”
  4. ORDER, SIP & STAMP
    Purchase an item and ask your barista to stamp your passport before leaving.
  5. CRAWL AT YOUR OWN PACE
    Visit locations in any order over the two-day event – there is no set route.
  6. SHARE & STAY CONNECTED
    Scan the QR code in your passport to share your Coffee Crawl experience on the Heartland CASA Coffee Crawl Event Page and see updates, pop-up events, surprise contests, and prize announcements. If you prefer, you can also share on social media and tag Heartland CASA.
  7. SIX STAMPS = PRIZE ENTRY
    Collect stamps from at least 6 of the 16 participating location to be entered to win one of three Coffee Gift Baskets. Prize winners will be drawn on Wednesday, March 4.
  8. T-SHIRTS AVAILABLE
    Didn’t pre-order a Coffee Crawl T-shirt? No worries! A limited number will be available for purchase at select locations.
  9. DROP YOUR ENTRY
    At your final stop, tear off the stamped panel of your passport, complete your contact information, and drop it into the Heartland CASA “Enter to Win” container.
